Steve:

Hi everyone. And welcome to gAy A, a podcast about sobriety for the LGBT plus community and our allies. I'm your host, Steve Bennet-Martin. I am an alcoholic and I am grateful for all the things I learned at this year's podcast in convention podcast Fest 2022. As of this recording, I am 388 days sober. And today I'm gonna be providing a big update on some small shifts within the podcast. Part of my goal in addition to helping share my guest experience, strength and hope with listeners who might need to hear the message. My other big goal with creating this podcast was to help create a community of sober L G B T plus individuals in Graham has been a great way of engaging with a lot of you listeners and getting to know new ones. But I would love to find a way to connect with all of you and help you connect with each other a little bit more. So with that we now have a Patreon group which is live at www.patreon.com/gaya podcast. You still get weekly episodes here in the news feed every Thursday, featuring new and returning guests talking about all things sobriety. Now our shorter audio diary episodes from Mondays will now be Patriot exclusive. And after each main episode you hear here, there will be a Patreon exclusive after show featured on the Patreon page, getting more into intimate topics related and your sobriety. You can also get access to our Patreon only private Facebook group. When you join, where you can post and discuss whatever you'd like with other listeners and past guests. So I encourage all of you. If you're interested in more information or to join, go over to www.patreon.com/gaa podcast. That is www.patreon.com/g a Y a P O D C a S T. Tier start at just$5 a month and secure you with over twice. The amount of GAA content weekly. In addition to the Patreon page, I'm gonna be starting a free monthly newsletter in July for anyone that wants to learn more about our guests. And what's coming up for the show. You could sign up today for free by emailing me at GAA podcast, gmail.com. And with that, I'd like to thank you all for listening. Be sure to follow us wherever you're listening so you can get new episodes when they come out every Thursday. And until next time stay sober friends.
